The window schedule tool.
Draw Vi5 windows on screen. Get certified ratings, a 36 × 24 schedule sheet, a DXF and a CSV.
How to use it, in under two minutes.
One screen. Five steps.
Name it once: it goes on every export.
Blank, a standard size, or one of your past jobs.
Sizes, sections and how each one opens, on the drawing.
Standard glass comes first. Ratings follow.
36 × 24 sheet, DXF, CSV and the submittal.
Start a job.
- Type the project, address, architect and date. They print on the sheet and name the files.
- My jobs opens a schedule you made before.
- + New job starts an empty schedule. Every job is kept in your browser.

Add a window type.
- + New type adds a Vi5 casement to shape.
- Standard sizes: Vi5 sizes we build again and again.
- From a past job: copy windows from your own earlier schedules.
- Each type is checked against our published sizes: Published, or Ask us. When it says Ask us, our engineering reviews it.
Size it. Then shape it on the drawing.
- Mark, count and location, for the schedule.
- Frame size: 48, 4′-0″, 48 1/2 or 1219 mm (48″) all work.
- Click a section to edit it. + adds a section on that side. The window grows; the others keep their size.
- Make it fixed, casement, hopper or door, and set the hinge side, seen from outside.
- Click any blue size on the drawing to type a new one.

Glass and color. The ratings follow.
- Only glass certified for every part of the type is listed. Our standard glass is first.
- Price in words: Standard, Slight, Moderate, High, Higher.
- Color outside: Black is standard. Color inside: White is standard. The full range is under More colors.
- Simple shows the main ratings. Detailed adds structural, test reports and certificate numbers.
Export the schedule.
- Every type is a row. Click one to open it again.
- Schedule sheet: the 36 × 24 sheet, every type at 1/2″ = 1′-0″.
- CAD · DXF: every elevation on one floor line, plus the table.
- Table · CSV: the schedule for a spreadsheet.
- Submittal: hands the types and glass to the Vistaza submittal maker.

The sheet, the DXF, the table.

As the tool prints it. Every type at 1/2″ = 1′-0″ with its ratings, then the table and your title block.

The DXF, opened in CAD: every elevation on one floor line, and the table. One drawing unit is one inch.
The CSV has one row per type: mark, layout, sizes, sill and head, count and areas, glass, U-factor, SHGC, STC / OITC, light and air, color, location, the size check and the NFRC certificate numbers.
Four things worth knowing first.
- Doors stand on the floor: their sill stays at zero and the head is the door height.
- Your jobs are kept in your browser. Come back on the same computer and browser to find them.
- Ask us, in amber, means outside our published Vi5 sizes. Send it; our engineering reviews it.
- Ratings are the certified values for the glass you picked, per part. The whole window takes its lowest part.
