The Install app.

On a large job, the hard part is knowing where every window is. The Install app tracks delivery container by container, and installation opening by opening.

The Install app: a job's openings listed by floor and elevation, each with its progress count
What it does

From the container to the last check-off.

Above: every numbered opening on the job, with its type and how far along it is. Filter to one floor or one elevation.

A container packing list: pallets, floors, contents, sizes and weights
A packing list for every container

Each container lists its pallets, the floor each pallet is for, and the window types on it. Search a type to find the pallet that holds it.

The containers tab, with a tick box for every unit on every pallet
Check off units as they unload

The site manager ticks off each unit as its pallet comes off the truck, then produces a received slip as a PDF.

An opening's six install stages, four checked off with who and when
Install stages, stamped

Crews check off each stage on each opening, from placement to the punch-list sign-off. Every check-off carries a name and a time, and only a manager can undo one.

The window types summary, with an icon for each type
Window types, drawn

Every type on the job with its drawing, size, quantity, color and how it opens — so nobody installs from a type code alone.

The shop drawings open in the app's viewer
The shop drawings, on site

The approved shop drawings open inside the app. The tag on the drawing is the opening number on the screen and on the unit's sticker.

The cover and index of a job's installation instructions
The instructions, in the app

The job's installation instructions open inside the app, with an index made from that job's own window and door types. See how they are made ›

The Report issue dialog, opened from opening 3N-04: issue type Hardware, apartment, a note, two photos and a File ticket button
Report an issue, from the window it is about

Open the opening that has the problem and file a service request right there. The opening, type, floor and series are already filled in. Add what is wrong, a note and photos. It goes straight to the Vistaza project team on that job, who pick it up right away.

The nightly install report email: the day's check-offs by stage, the percent installed, one undone check-off, and a PDF attached
A report, every night there is activity

On any night the job moved, a report goes out by email: what was checked off that day, how far along the job is, anything that was undone, and the day's photos. The full report is attached as a PDF.

Screens show a sample building. By request, each opening can also carry a close-out checklist, split between the general contractor and the installer, with photos.

Who uses it

Your installer, your site manager, and ours.

Everyone looks at the same job, and each person sees what their role needs. It is by invitation: we email a sign-in link, and you see only your own projects.

Why we built it

Made for big, complicated sites.

Several buildings, phased deliveries, many window types. That is where a spreadsheet stops working. The opening number on the shop drawings is the same number on the unit's sticker and in the app.
