Installation instructions

Every job gets its own set, built from its own window and door types and drawn step by step in 3D. The standard set is further down this page.

Opening by Opening delivery

Counted by opening, sequenced with your site, shipped so the floors you need next arrive next, and a sticker on every unit that matches the shop drawings.

How we deliver ›
Shop drawings

Plans, elevations, a tag on every opening, and sections — detailed enough to build from, clear enough to review in one sitting.

The Install app

Track every unit by floor, elevation and opening. Check-offs, received slips and sign-off checklists with photos.

How it works ›
Water-test support

We train the crew, send a test prep kit, and test the windows ourselves before the testing agency arrives. Given notice, our technician attends the test.

How we help you pass ›
Architects

Pick glass, build a performance submittal, and download the guide spec and the section details.

Closeout documents

For the handover: how the windows operate, how to look after them, what to check first, how to request service, and what the warranty covers.

Window schedule tool

Draw Vi5 windows on screen. Get certified ratings, a 36 × 24 schedule sheet, a DXF and a CSV.

Installation

We supply the windows. Your installer fits them, with our instructions in hand.

The instructions here are the standard set. The manual that ships with your job is written for that job alone. It has only the window types and conditions on your building, drawn to your measurements and your ratings. Where the two differ, the job manual governs.
