Hotels.
A hotel room is sold on quiet and on the view. The window is both.
What we do well here.
Quiet is the product
Acoustic laminated glass on the avenue side, tested on the window, so the room beside the street sleeps like the room at the back.
Fixed where it should be fixed
Fixed lites and hoppers for guest safety, with a limiter where the sash opens, and the view kept clear.
The PTAC in the grid
Louvers glazed into the window frame, so the facade is one pattern and the unit still breathes.
The facade's color
Black, bronze or a custom foil outside, white inside, and the frames carry the designer's pattern across the elevation.
Fast and the same
One room type, one window, two hundred times, delivered in the order the floors finish.
