Louie 17 & 18

A landmark district, black frames, and a window that reads like a double-hung.

Two buildings on one through-block site in the Ladies' Mile Historic District: fourteen stories on 17th Street, ten on 18th. Every opening carries a real transom, so each window reads like a double-hung and works as a High Performance uPVC window from inside. Black outside and in, with terrace doors and full-height windows in the same frame.
